En este trabajo se presentan resultados de propagación vegetativa en árboles plus de ElIcalyptlls grandis de segunda generación, realizados en el marco del proyecto INIA-JICA en el período 2000-2002. Se busca utilizar técnicas de propagación vegetativa con el propósito de rescatar los genotipos destacados, intentando maximizar las ganancias genéticas. El objetivo principal es propagar vegetativamente un mínimo de 100 individuos seleccionados en pruebas de progenie por crecimiento, forma y calidad de madera. |
